Eno Eka

About

I'm Eno Eka. I Build Empires — Then I Teach Others How.

Canada's Most Powerful Women. International keynote speaker. Author. Educator. Entrepreneur. Immigrant. And above all — someone who refused to let anyone else define what was possible for her life.

Nigeria to Canada. Suitcase to Stage.

I moved to Canada from Nigeria in 2018 with a suitcase, a dream, and a plan that everyone around me thought was too ambitious. In less than a year, I proved them wrong.

In six months, I landed a six-figure consulting job as a business analyst — something I was told was nearly impossible for a new immigrant without Canadian experience. In nine months, I launched ENY Consulting Inc. In my first year, I built Business Analysis School and began teaching hundreds of professionals how to do what I had done.

What started as one immigrant's refusal to be told "no" became a global training institution serving 100,000+ professionals across 90+ countries. A consulting firm advising corporations and governments across three continents. A book. A podcast. A collection of award recognitions from Canada, the USA, and globally. And an ongoing mission to prove — through every keynote, every class, and every piece of content — that your background does not determine your destination.

Mission

To prove — through action, through teaching, and through community — that every professional with a vision and a willingness to learn can build the career and the life they deserve, regardless of where they started.

Core Values

  • ServiceI give before I ask. Always.
  • ExcellenceGood enough is not a strategy.
  • CourageEvery major decision I have made was terrifying. I made it anyway.
  • CommunityNo one gets there alone. I build community wherever I go.
  • FaithSuccess is 80% mindset, 20% strategy.
